  • If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving them—no questions asked.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.
  • We ask that you please keep the original packaging intact to help us facilitate resale.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you’re not satisfied with any of our item(s) and they’ve arrived on your doorstep within the past 14 days, we’ll gladly accept returns or offer to exchange them. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to do so.
  • Please note customers are responsible for all shipping costs (which vary depending on the courier service used) for returns due to consumer preference; customers are not responsible for shipping costs for returns due to our error as a company (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  • No restocking fees are charged for approved return requests, and a friendly reminder that returns are not accepted for items received more than 14 days ago.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • All purchases (excluding clearance sale items, cups, diapers, swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 14 days of order receipt.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all items intact to receive a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the goods received are damaged or incorrect (in which case they must send us an emailed photo documenting the problem/defect after submitting their online return request); items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Purchases Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

  • Clearance sale items
  • Swimwear, underwear, cups, diapers, panties, bags, and accessories (unless the goods received are damaged or incorrect)

Friendly Reminders

  • Please contact our customer service team to receive a correct return address (noting this will differ from any addresses on our parcels).
  • We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week of receiving your return goods. Return packages should be authorized.
  • Return requests not authorized by customer service will not be honored.

Order Cancellation

Please contact Cathot.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your order—we’re always happy to help!

  • If you contact Cathot within 24 hours of payment confirmation, we will immediately cancel the order and provide a full refund.
  • If you contact Cathot more than 24 hours after payment confirmation but before the order has shipped, we will provide a full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
  • If you contact Cathot more than 24 hours after payment confirmation and your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order (please refer to our [Return and Exchange Policy] for further clarification).
